PLANNING BOARD MTNUTES : 6/19/85 P. 4 <br /> D . There is frontage on Old Barnstable Rd . but no access . They <br /> will put a note on the plan as to that . <br /> 4. There is a note that says would be combined . <br /> 5 . have it . <br /> 6. They will have -to wait 45 days as they don' t have it . <br /> 7 . will do <br /> 8 . will. do <br /> 9. Will do on profiles <br /> 10. Will go -to pavement in street and back to basin <br /> 11 , will do . <br /> They were placed on the agenda for July 10 for a revision on all <br /> matters addressed . <br /> Mr. Dubin opened the public hearing on the subdivision of Shellback <br /> Realty Trust . Mr. Dubin abstained . John Slavinsky, Richard Ferreira <br /> and Mr. Sinigy were representatives . They reviewed Mr. Rowley's <br /> report : <br /> 1 . Mr. Sinigy said lie was -told to givecross section between <br /> the bog and pond and he did . There was nothing specific <br /> 2 . - 6 . Will do . <br /> The Board, continued the public hearing for July 10 to address issues <br /> requested by Mr. Rowley . <br /> Mr. McNutt requested a Release of Covenant as condos in the back <br /> on his road had -their covenant released and his wasn't . Mr. Dubin <br /> felt they should release it subject to Mr. Rowley okaying it . <br /> Mr. Collins made a motion to release the covenant . Mr. Jonas seconded <br /> and all voted in favor. The release was signed . <br /> Petitioner: Boni-to Trust , <br /> Submitted by: Mr . Nye & Mr. Marsters <br /> Type of Plan: Approval Not Required <br /> Location: <br /> Fee : $90 <br /> The Board requested lots 2B & IB be combined . Mr. Nye said they <br /> will combine lots 2B, IB and 4 to make I lot . The Board was happy <br /> with that and he added the note to the plans . <br /> Mr. Collins made a motion to sign the plan, Mr. Jonas seconded and <br /> all voted in favor. Mr. Collins signed the plan on behalf of the <br /> Board . <br /> Petitioner: Elizabeth Tyminski <br /> Submitted by: Same <br /> Type Of Plan: Approval Not Required <br /> Location: Florence Ave . <br /> Fee : $45 <br /> Mr. Fudala explained this in reaction to the grandfather clause <br />
