The reviewed Mr. Rowley's <br /> report , Mr. Warwick said they had complied with everythink and the <br /> name of the development and street are Sugar PineoCircle . <br /> Mr. Fudal.a said he was concerned with the entrance on Great Neck. <br /> Rd . and how they keep Great Hay Rd , open. Mr. Vlarwick said there 's <br /> something going on up the street and they intend for Great Hay <br /> Rd . to come into Great Neck Rd . <br /> Mr. Collins made a motion to approve the plan. Mr. Jonas seconded <br /> and all voted in favor. They will sign the plan after the 20-day <br /> appeal period . <br /> Mr. Warwick said he had complied with all requests made by Mr. Rowley <br /> on plans of Cranberry Trust and Frederick Jonas and he requested <br /> they be signed and held until June 2j when the 20-day appeal period <br /> is up. <br /> The Board signed the plans and will hold them until June 2j at which <br /> time -they' ll give them to the Town Clerk to sign.
