Mr. Rowley: With regards to geometry of traffic patterns with, potential of library being on that side of road and cross movements on 151 , There is concern on my part with maybe doing something with Rte , 151 itself right at the intersection to provide some storage lanes , and deaccel-- oration lanes to get in on job 's Fishing Rd. if there is going to be development right now, especially commercial it means there will be extended traffic ,-local traffic , not just through traffic , coming to places that weren 't proposed on the other locations , Before people coming to the library from the east and the rotary would have just made a right hand turn, Now you 're crossing traffic that 's coming from 28 and west Falmouth . It looks like they have an acceleration lane coming out from job 's Fishing Rd . onto 151 headed east . it seems to me there ought to be something coming on the westerly side too so people making the turn on Job 's Fishing Rd . from the West Falmouth area will have an opportunity to do so and not slow traffic down . , 10. Trurphy: There is a traffic engineer who 's working with the developer and it 's the intention of him contacting with the planner on this , Until we have sufficient information, this Rte .
