Stone : I would just like to echo concern that Charley has with <br /> Iregards to 151 and intersection with new road , because currently there <br /> is a problem. I 've seen accidents because people don't want to wait for <br /> someone to make that right or left hand turn and they're going off into <br /> shoulder. Especially due to fact it 's a granular road , no shoulder, with <br /> all the activity being proposed for that . . . <br />
