Mr . <br /> Karsters seconded and all voted in favor. The Board scheduled to sign <br /> the plan at their June 0 meeting. <br /> The Board signed the subdivision plan submitted by Mr . Crowley which <br /> had been approved on April 17 , as the 20-day appeal period had lapsed . <br /> The Board said they needed a road covenant and it referenced on the plan <br /> before they could release it . Theynleft the plan with Mr . Collins and <br /> he 'll turn it over to Mr . Wilson upon receiving the signed covenant . <br /> Mr . Dubin abstained , <br /> Louie Lapio came before the Board on an Approval Not Required plan which <br /> the Board had taken under advisement at their last meeting. Mr . Dubin <br /> said he researched similar other cases and felt the horse barn was not <br /> an accessory use to the house so it couldn't be on the same lot as the <br /> house , After discussion, Nr. Lapio withdrew the plan . <br />
