He showed a 401 strip as <br /> an easement until they subidivide the rear property . The plan showed <br /> a minimum of 101 up to 201 easements for road widening of Old Falmouth <br /> Pd . Also buildings will be set ban 60 , minimum from existing sideline . <br /> All driveways will have turn around so there 's no backinj up onto Old <br /> Falmouth Rd . <br /> 7r . Towley said if they could come around and make more a smooth curve <br /> of easement and the Doard agreed , <br /> Mr . Mprsters moved that the Board sign the plan as an Approval Not <br /> Required subject to the changes recommended by Mr . Rowley . Mr. ionas <br /> seconded and all voted in favor. Or. Collins signed on behalf of the <br /> Board , <br /> Petitioner: Day View Builders Ltd . <br /> Submitted by: Alex Dittami , Chris Costa <br /> Type of Plan: Definitive <br /> Location: Route 130 and Cotuit-Sandwich Rd . <br /> Fee : 0200 <br /> Nr. Dittami made all the changes that had been requested . They will <br /> submit the abuttors list to the Planning Board by mail . The Board <br /> scheduled the public hearing on June 19 , <br /> to . Rowley said he went out to Shields Rd . to view theturn around . He <br /> said it 's about 100 ; after the end of the pavement , He said there is <br /> a bog road that goes into the woods and he knew to stop there but he 's <br /> not so sure people would make that same decision, <br /> Mr . Healy agreed tomake a temporary turn around where the pavement ends <br /> with gravel, a radius of 601 and 201 either side and to put up a sign <br /> wlich says "private property beyond this point" . <br /> The Board agreed to go with overhead poles and underground connections <br /> at the Kay View Builders subdivision and the poles relocated to a safe <br /> location, Mr. Rowley had concern over the locations and asked for a <br /> schedule of the relocations . Fr. Healy said he would get it to him. <br />
