Mr. Fudala said part of the area is in commercial district <br /> and he doesn't show the required amount of square footage . <br /> The members agreed and said it had slipped through the cracks before . <br /> They informed Mr. Dittami he would have to redraw lots 1B, 103B and <br /> Lot 4. Mr. Dittami said he would redraw the plan, put a solid line <br /> as boundary of the easement and make buildable C-2 lots ® 20,000 sq .ft . <br /> and 125 ' frontage . He will send a revised plan to Mr. Rowley and come <br /> back before the Board on May 15 to set up a public hearing date . <br /> Mr. Tom Devane , representing Anthony LaCava of Quashnet Valley, came <br /> before the Board to request a release of covenant . Mr. Rowley said he <br /> had inspected it and said they agreed to do 2 things ® put stone at <br /> the end of thepipe and cast iron frame and cover will be put on the <br /> manhole . He was assured it would be done . <br /> Mr. Marsters made a motion to sign the release of covenant for this <br /> section. Mr. Collins seconded and all voted in favor. The members <br /> signed the release except for Ms . Stone who notorized it . <br /> Petitioner: Eew Seabury Corp. <br /> Submitted by: Richard Lamert , Scott McAiskill <br /> Type of Plan: Progress Plan <br /> Location: Bufflehead Bay <br /> Mr. Marsters asked if they planned to layout Great Hay Rd . within the <br /> development and show it on the plan. Mr. Lament said they will show it <br /> on the definitive and layout temporary turn around until they get the <br /> approval for the rest . <br /> Mr . Marsters felt the plan was a little better but there was still room <br /> for improvement . Mr . Dubin felt they should have a 100' buffer on Red® <br />
