(there were none ) OK, we 'll <br /> take this under advisement , <br /> The Board proceeded with the continuation of the public hearing on <br /> Mr. Sturgis 's subdivision from the last meeting . Mr. Dave Sinigy <br /> represented Mr. Sturgis . <br /> Mr. Dubin asked if there were any comments from the audience and there <br /> were none . <br /> Mr. Sinigy said the only thing that had been requested by Mr. Rowley <br /> was to define the easement and it was done . Mr. Rowley said he had a <br /> few minor things on theprofiles that can be handled very easily. He <br /> suggested the entrance to Forestdale Rd. didn't need a radius of 40' . <br /> 30 ' would be okay and not so crowded. Mr. Sinigy said he would be glad <br /> to change it . <br /> Mr . Rowley said when they do construct the road he would like to be <br /> notified at the time they do the catch basins . He asked they relocate <br /> the drain from 250 to 350. Mr. Sinigy agreed and said he would submit <br /> a revised set of profiles . <br /> Mr. Marsters made a motion to approve the plan subject to Mr. Rowley's <br /> recommendations . Mr. Collins seconded and all voted in favor. Sandwich Rd. Warwick Rd. <br /> Mr. Lapio said he wanted to combine lots into 1 parcel . Mr. Dubin asked <br /> if the other buildings on the lother lots were all accessory buildings . <br /> Mr. Marsters questioned only being allowed to have 1 building per lot <br /> and felt the barns weren't an accessory to the house as the barn holds <br /> 10 horses . <br /> Mr. Lapio said- the barn and horses were forhis use only. He doesn't <br /> board horses or have other riders . Mr. Marsters felt they should get <br /> a ruling to be sure . Mr. Dubin said he will get a ruling from Town <br /> Counsel and continued it to May 15. <br /> Bayview Builders came before the Board and Mrs . Greenberg was present <br /> to discuss Shields Rd. Mrs . Greenberg felt they should have a turn around <br /> as cars are still turning around on their. private road. Mr. Dittami <br /> said he told the trucks not to and they no longer do.
