-2- <br /> "14.6 Any person found guilty by a Court of violating any of the provisions <br /> of this by-law shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100.00 <br /> per violation. Each day that any violation continues after the Issuance <br /> of a notice of violation and demand for abatement shall constitute <br /> a separate offense." <br /> "14.7 In addition to any other remedy or punishment provided for in this <br /> by-law, any type of permit or variance may be revoked by the body <br /> which originally approved it, if the same is not inconsistent with <br /> any provision of the General Laws, upon a determination and finding <br /> that any of the provisions of this by-law or any condition of approval <br /> has been violated.
