Town of Nlashpee <br /> PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> Pursuant to Chapter 40A of ',"assachusetts General Law, the <br /> Mashpee Planning Board will conduct a public hearing at 9: 00 PNI <br /> on Wednesday, April 24, 1985, at Town ]-Tall , Central Road , Mashpee <br /> on a proposed amendment to section 6 .3 . I of the zoning by-law <br /> adding thereto a new subsection 6 .3 . I . 15 as follows : <br /> "15 . Parades , carnivals , fairs , and festivals . Upon approval <br /> of a special permit from the Board of Appeals , premises <br /> within non-residential zones may be used for parades , carnivals , <br /> fairs , or festivals provided that (a) such uses shall not be <br /> conducted for any period in excess of 10 consecutive days , <br /> and (b) all necessary permits are obtained from applicable <br /> government officials .
