Town of Mashpee <br /> PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> Pursuant to Chapter 40A of Massachusetts General Law, the <br /> Mashpee Planning Board will conduct a public hearing at 9:05 PM <br /> on Wednesday, April 24, 1985, at Town Hall, Central Road, Mashpee <br /> on a proposed amendment to Section 7 of the Zoning By-Laws by <br /> adding thereto a new subsection 7 .6 as follows : <br /> "7 . 6 Fire Protection. To insure that all buildings shall be <br /> accessible to fire department apparatus by way of access road- <br /> ways capable of supporting fire fighting apparatus with an <br /> all-weather surface roadway, there shall be an unobstructed, <br /> paved access roadway of a width of not less than 20' with a <br /> vertical clearance of not less than 1316" with all corners <br /> and curves having a minimum inside radius of not less than <br /> 28 ' and a minimum outside radius of not less than 461 . Said <br /> access roadway shall be constructed to a point not less than <br /> 150 ' from the furthest point of any building on the lot . " <br /> Submitted by, <br /> Richard a .
