(Ifie read it . ) <br /> Mr , i,,ffarsters : I have a problem with this one . I think it 's a little <br /> too restrictive and a little too rigid. Can you imagine in C-1 where <br /> you have a 40' setback and you 're going to insist the first 20 ' be left <br /> not touched at all . This is supposed to be a village concept , it is <br /> just much -too rigid . That 's not a case where you want natural vegetation. <br /> 20 ' of natural vegetation wouldn't do anything for you. <br /> Mr. Wlakunas : Why can 't the Design Review get involved with that . <br />
