The Board -told told Mr. Devane they wanted noted on the plan: <br /> 1, the balance of the area that 's left and <br /> 2 . the balance of the frontage that 's left <br /> 3 , reference made to the fact that this is part of the open space plan <br /> 4. change Country Club Road to Country Club Way <br /> Mr . Marsters made a motion that the Board sign the plan as an Approval <br /> Not Required on the condition that Mr. Baxter will add the notations <br /> to the original plan. Mr. Collins seconded and voted in favor. Mr. <br /> Devane took the plans back for corrections and will submit the Form A <br /> when he returns -them. Mr. Devane asked to be placed on the agenda for <br /> May 1 for a covenant release . <br />
