M . Collins seconded and all voted in favor. Mr . Collins <br /> signed on behalf of -,the Board . <br /> Petitioner: Roberts Realty Trust <br /> Submitted by: Bob Raymond <br /> Location; Sampson's VIM Rd ./Simon's Rd. <br /> Type of Plan: Definitive <br /> Fee : t,PI,4 F)o <br /> The Board made the following suggestions : <br /> 1 . put full cul-de-sac at end of property line <br /> 2. adjust to have width at building line <br /> 3 . put "dead end" sign on road going to Quinaquisset Ave . to en- <br /> courage -them -to use turn around . <br /> 4. turn around should be so that it can Lie in in future . <br /> 5 . Use lot I as an additional green area after moving lot line of <br /> lot 2 . <br /> The Board scheduled the public hearing for May 15 . <br /> Mr. Raymond asked about Park Place and if he can do -the plans at <br /> I"=801 . Mr. Rowley sawr..no problem but he would like the road profiles <br /> at 401 . <br /> -Petitioner. New Seabury Corp. <br /> Submit-Led 'by: Scott McAiskill, Richard Lamat <br /> Location: Bufflehead Bay <br /> Tyep: Discussion <br /> The preliminary plan was disapproved on March 6. They presented a new <br /> plan of a cluster subdivision with 34-%, of open space which includes a <br /> proposed golf course and clubhouse . The Board felt it was a good <br /> improvement and made the following recommendations : <br /> 1 . put golf course buffer on Redbrook, Rd . instead of the multi-family <br /> 2 . answer the question regarding a road below 11 ' elevation <br /> 3 . if complete Amy Brown Rd . it would be a good thruway <br /> 4. answer -the question regarding Viells Rd. (ancient way) <br /> They were placed on the agenda for May 1 for a progress report . <br /> Petitioner: Padderdorn Development <br /> Submitted by: Riothard Baxter <br /> Location: Old Falmouth Rd . <br /> Type of Plan: Discussion <br /> They came before the Board to discuss a future subdivision of 120 acres <br />
