Slavinsky said they're proposing a 4250 ' road which will extend to <br /> Great Hay Rd , it 's a cluster with the maximum of 62 lots , 'tie said it <br /> i-ias, 46,,,? open space , <br /> The Board felt-, there should be an easement all the way through -to Great <br /> Hay Rd . so if i-t 's ever built -there would be an access . It should be <br /> a 50 ' way . <br /> Mr . Dubin felt if they could reduce ,the number of lots it would be a <br /> bargain. They should show the property line on Great Hay Rd, and would <br /> like -to see a sizable area for the people in -there to use . <br /> Mr. Slavinsky will revise the plan and send a copy to Mr. Rowley. He <br /> paid -the fee and was put on the agenda for May 15 . <br /> The public hearing for 'Patrick Crowley was continued for a vote tonight . <br /> Steve Wilson brought in revised plans . They put a note on -the plan <br /> regarding drainage and -the non-buildable lot . Mr. Rowley submitted a <br /> revised report . They reviewed it : <br /> 1 . CB 's on road side and not extension. Mr. Wilson agreed . <br /> 2 , Prefers plans 24' width . Mr. Wilson agreed to draw dimensions <br /> at 24' <br /> 3 . Since showing water mains in cross section now, should designate <br /> what side of road talking about - generally on north and easterly <br /> and Mr. Rowley asked for notation of this on theplan. Mr. Wilson <br /> agreed . Mr. Rowley said this should be incorporated in -the design <br /> requirements from now on and the Board agreed . <br /> Mr. Rowley said he found no other problems . Ms . Stone made a motion to <br /> approve the plan. Mr. Collins seconded and all voted in favor. They <br /> will await the 20-day appeal period and sign the plan on May 15 . Mr . <br /> Wilson -took back the mylar and copies to make the corrections . <br /> Petitioner: John Sullivan <br /> Submitted by: Bob Raymond <br /> Location: Redwood Circle/Rte . 130 <br /> Type of Plan: Approval Not Required <br /> Fee : *45 <br /> They were looking for an easement for lots 8, 9 & 10 . They showed that <br /> the lots had been checkerboarded prior to I/1/85 . The Board told Mr. <br /> Raymond to put a note on the plan ",is of l/1/85" - <br />
