Sandwich Rd. at Jones Rd. <br /> Type of Plan: Definitive <br /> Fee : $200 <br /> He presented an abuttors list and he said he made all changes as recom- <br /> mended by the Board . He will bring the linen in and drop off the fee <br /> to Cheryl in the morning. <br /> The Board scheduled a public hearing on the plan for May 1, 1985 . <br /> John Umina said 2 years ago an area on Old Barnstable road was revised <br /> and the lots enlarged but the road remained the same . He built a house <br /> and is in the process of building another. The lots abut Old Barnstable <br /> Rd . and the bank attorney wants those lots (25A & '18 A) released from the <br /> covenant . The Board signed the release of covenant for those two lots . <br /> Mr. Dubin abstained but notarized the signatures . <br /> Mr . Jonas said there are some houses being built with access onto a <br /> subdivision road that hasn't been approved , when they should have access <br /> on Asher's Path instead . The Board said he should speak to Doug Boyd . <br /> Mr. Rowley said he spent an hour at the new subdivision on James Circle <br /> and the new owner wanted to know if they could do the road with oil <br /> penetration surface and just clean up the road . He informed them of the <br /> Board 's conditions . <br /> John Jacobi didn't show up and so the Board assumed he withdrew his <br /> plan because Mr. Costa tool-, back the plans , Form A and he didn' t pay a <br /> fee . <br /> Mr . Rowley reviewed the South Cape Resort plan prepared by Norwood En- <br /> gineers and he had problems with it . the petitioner or engineer never <br /> showed up. Mr. Marsters made a motion that this plan be considered <br /> unsatisfactory 'because of items noted in Mr. Rowley's review. Mr. Jonas <br /> seconded and all voted in favor. <br /> The Board agreed to schedule public hearing for May 1 the remaining 3 <br /> zoning articles for town meeting . The Board will make it clear they <br /> didn't have sufficient time to review for comments . <br /> The meeting adjourned at 12 : 00 AM <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Sandra L.
