Area for firefighting - concerned with access <br /> to pond , need to draft fron pond and they have to show some detail <br /> for firefighting - flat areak no more than 10' above level of pond <br /> and not that much further from pond . <br /> 6. re : sheet 7 - Mr. Seaburg said going to use dry wells ; leading away <br /> from building . Depending on where building going to be sitting - <br /> steep slope or flair area . <br /> Mr. IUlartters made a motion to approve the pre-application plan subject <br /> to Mr . Rowley's comments . Mr. Jonas seconded and all voted in favor. Mr. <br /> Allarsters amended the motion to also include the revision of driveways , <br /> garages and parking areas as discussed, and area to be used for fire- <br /> fighting and previous conditions from NIr. Rowley at earlier dates . He asked Mr. <br /> Lashley what kind of soil was there and he said it 's sandy. N1r. Rowley <br /> said he wants plenty of stone around the basins . Mr. Rowley said he 'll <br /> make a copy of the profile and give the original back to Mr. Lashley. <br /> He said he needs to be notified_ when Mr. Barrows gets the drainage <br /> installed and before he backfills . <br />
