Mr. Rowley asked what 's to prevent it from being conveyed out , and Atty. Kirrane said a condo documentation would describe the area that was part of the condo and he will provide copies to the Board . The Board agreed to Mr. Rowley's suggestion that he put a riot on the plan saying the lot lines are for phasing only and not for conveying. The following additional suggestions were made : 1 . 20 ' layout driveways 2 . -turn garages at right angles - the ones where now people would have to back into the road 3 . re : sheet 4 - Mr. Seaburg said he 'll do each individual building to show how new grading , drainage and landscaping will be set up 4. re : footings - will bring Fill in afterward . Mr, Rowley will have to to see gradcing and final plan for each unit . 5 . re : sheet 5 - engineer will have to get topo on ground and thinks can on definitive plan. Area for firefighting - concerned with access to pond , need to draft fron pond and they have to show some detail for firefighting - flat areak no more than 10' above level of pond and not that much further from pond . 6. re : sheet 7 - Mr. Seaburg said going to use dry wells ; leading away from building . Depending on where building going to be sitting - steep slope or flair area . Mr. IUlartters made a motion to approve the pre-application plan subject to Mr . Rowley's comments . Mr. Jonas seconded and all voted in favor. Mr. Allarsters amended the motion to also include the revision of driveways , garages and parking areas as discussed, and area to be used for fire- fighting and previous conditions from NIr. Type of Plan: Discussion of road Mr. Lashley presented a copy of the profiles from 1973 . The Board discovered 4 lots are in common ownership, and needs acre lots now. They said he could get 3 lots from the 4. Mr. Rowley said he was concerned with the bottom of the hill - 5% grade , and wants to be there at the time Mr. Barrows digs out . He asked Mr. Lashley what kind of soil was there and he said it 's sandy. N1r. Rowley said he wants plenty of stone around the basins . Mr. Rowley said he 'll make a copy of the profile and give the original back to Mr. Lashley. He said he needs to be notified_ when Mr. Barrows gets the drainage installed and before he backfills .
