Stone seconded and all voted in <br /> favor. <br /> Mr. Murphy presented a plan for Sunset Strip and Noisy Hole Rd. They <br /> provided a 10' easement on Noisy Hole for 50 ' widening. He said "before <br /> they can finish the drainage -they need a decision from the Board . After <br /> investigating -titles they found it doesn't state they own to the center- <br /> line , nor does Meetinghouse Village across the street . He believed -the <br /> Town owns the part in the middle . They said they'll go to the Selectmen <br /> for permission to pave the rest but wanted -the Board 's approval of the <br /> concept before they go any further. <br /> The Board agreed they wanted it to go to the centerline . Mr. Dubin felt it was still too congested, <br /> and he was concerned with the hill being left bare . Mr. Fudala suggested <br /> taking out -the last building and moving it to the other side with the <br /> other buildings , and make a -turn around where the building is now. <br /> Mr. Rowley suggested he move the last building up on the flat and put the <br /> parking at -the end and then they don;t have to grade so much . The Board <br /> felt if he moved the building to the other side it would create problems <br /> with that side . Their basic idea was to cut out the building completely. <br /> Mr. Collings said he will make a sketch plan based on what was discussed . <br /> He was placed on the agenda for 4/17. <br /> Petitioner: Daniel Hostetter <br /> Submitted 'by: Atty. He said the plan was <br /> revised and now has 114 units and provides for a significant amount of <br /> open space and buffer and provides a gorgeous setting . He said they <br /> would like to move to the final stage . In regards to Mr. Rowley's <br /> comment of needing 20 acres , he said his interpretation is that "parcel" <br /> , must be distinguished from the word "lot" . He said there 's no require•- <br /> ment says that each individual lot must contain 20 acres . He said <br /> a parcel can equal several lots ® He said all lots will be part of the <br /> condo project and the 2 lots facilitatez financing and phasing. He <br />
