This <br /> would allow police and fire to go to Great Neck Rd . directly and by-pass <br /> the rotary. He said the library is being proposed for Rte . 151 and <br /> he 's thinking of putting a village common with a church that 's being <br /> proposed . He didn 't have the final design plan yet . <br /> Mr . Marsters abstained from any further discussion on this . The members <br /> discussed moving the library to the other side of the road where the <br /> common would be . The Board hadn't received the articles from the <br /> Selectmen yet for a public hearing. The Board said they would like <br /> to see the curve lessened on the new road, but they had no conceptual. <br /> problems . They would like it .reviewed by Mr , Rowley when the final <br /> design is completed . <br /> John Jacobi sent a letter requesting his preliminary plan discussion <br /> be moved to April 3 due to a legal problem. The Board agreed to put <br /> him on the agenda for then. <br /> Petitioner: Joseph Neves <br /> Submitted by: Chris Costa <br /> Location: Pimlico Pond Rd . <br /> Type of Plan: Preliminary Discussion <br /> Mr. Marsters made a motion to disapprove the plan due to lot 2 or 3 not <br /> meeting the requirement of the zoning by-laws . Mr. Jonas seconded and <br /> all voted in favor. <br /> Petitioner: Phil Boudreau <br /> Submitted by: Frank Whiting <br /> Type of Plan: Preliminary Discussion <br /> The Board put it on the agenda for April 3 for a report from Mr. Rowley. <br /> Petitioner: Winslow Realty Trust <br /> Submitted by: Steve Doyle <br /> Location: Rte . 151 <br /> Type of Plan: Preliminary Discussion. <br /> Mr. Rowley submitted a report : <br /> 1. less than 60 degree angles <br /> 2. should be 5% of usable open space <br /> 3 . will have to eliminate the lots <br /> 4. will take timeto work it out <br /> 6. Board said it should be shown <br /> T.-," Mr. Marsters said lot 45 also will need conservation approval . <br />
