MA 02649 <br /> PLANNING BOARD MINUTES : 3/6/85 P. 5 <br /> Petitioner: Payamps Realty Trust <br /> Represented by: John Slavinsky <br /> Preliminary plan discussion on Old Barnstable/Falmouth Rd . <br /> Mr. Jonas and Mr. Marsters abstained, leaving no quorum. It was decided <br /> the plan was automatically approved as time had run out . <br /> Petitioner: Steve Zaglakas <br /> Represented by: John Slavinsky <br /> Preliminary plan discussion for cluster <br /> Mr. Marsters made a motion to approve the plan subject to drainage <br /> recommendations made by Mr. Rowley. Mr. Jonas seconded and all voted <br /> in favor. <br /> Petitioner: Elise O+is <br /> Represented by: Bill Nye <br /> Preliminary plan discussion <br /> Mr. Rowley submitted a report and they reviewed it : <br /> Mr. Marsters said they should show to the middle of Asher's Path as <br /> area for future road widening construction. <br /> 2 . He saw no problem <br /> 3 . The Board didn't like to see the wood road interfered with <br /> There was no open space and the Board felt lots 24 & 25 would be good. <br /> My Nye agreed to 5% minimum of open space and no hilly or holey area <br /> but level land. Mr. Marsters made a motion to approve the plan subject <br /> to Mr. Rowley's comments , in addition to 'open space and provided no <br /> interference with the wood road . Mr. Jonas seconded and all voted in <br /> favor. <br /> Petitioner: Leisure Living <br /> Represented by: Bill Nye <br /> Preliminary plan discussion for cluster Mr. Marsters abstained <br /> Mr. Rowley submitted a report and they reviewed it : <br /> 1 . Mr. Nye said it can be connected <br /> =' 2—. <br /> Mr. Nye said they will revise it . <br />
