No prior recorded plans <br /> Mr. Jonas made a motion to approve this plan and the convential plan <br /> they also submitted for this subject to Mr. Rowley's comments and <br /> special premit from the Board of Appeals . Ms . Stone seconded and all <br /> voted in favor. <br /> Petitioner: Richardson,,Jonas <br /> Represented by: Bill Warwick <br /> Preliminary plan discussion Mr. Jonas abstained <br /> Mr. Rowley submitted a report . Mr. Warwick said they will put -the zone <br /> line in. Mr. Marsters made a motion to approve the plan subject to <br /> Mr. Rowley's comments . Ms . Stone seconded and all voted in favor. <br /> Petitioner: Richardson Jonas <br /> Represented by: Bill Warwick <br /> Preliminary plan discussion Mr. Jonas abstained <br /> Mr. Rowley submitted a report which was reviewed: <br /> 1 . Mr. Warwick said he will adjust the wells or move the drainage back <br /> 2 . Mr. Jonas is going to keep 2 acres to farm or deed -to the Town. <br /> Drainage easements will go -to that point . <br /> Mr. Marsters made a motion to approve the plan subject to meeting the <br /> recommendations of Mr. Rowley. Ms . Stone seconded and all voted in <br /> favor. <br /> Petitioner: Daniel Hostetter <br /> Represented by: Mike McGrath <br /> Preliminary plan discussion <br /> Mr. Rowley submitted a report and it was reviewed: <br /> The Board said the lots don't show 20 acres which is needed for m/f. <br /> 1 . Record owner was on plan <br /> 2 . Abuttors were on plan <br /> 3 . Will have leaching pit . <br /> Atty. Kirrane said the plans was filed and accepted by the Barnstable <br /> - -Planning Board and the moratorium expired in this area of Barnstable . <br />
