Jonas seconded and all voted in favor. <br /> Atty. Kirrane presented a revised plan of Watersedge . He said they <br /> reduced the units from 135 to .114, moved -the buildings back from the <br /> bog and pond and did something with access to the pond for fire trucks . <br /> He gave a revised copy to the Conservation Commission. The Board <br /> was encouraged by this plan. They placed him on the agenda for dis- <br /> cussion on 4/3 . <br /> The Board received a letter from Lebel/Sollows for an extension to <br /> April 1 on their pre-application plan. T�,a Board determined there is <br /> no time limit on the pre-application plan but Mr. Marsters made a motion <br /> to grant an extension. Ms . Stone seconded and all voted in favor. Mr. <br /> Jonas abstained . <br /> Mr. Jonas and Mr. Dubin agreed to inspect Clipper Ship Village for a <br /> covenant release as Mr. Rowley hadn't had a chance to, <br /> The Board asked Mr. Fudala to draw up an article to put the cluster <br /> permits granting authority back to the Planning Board . <br /> Mr. Marsters made a motion to approve the release of covenant at Sea <br /> Oaks and require proof of recording of recision of the old subdivision. <br /> Ms . Stone seconded and voted in favor. It was signed by the Board and <br /> Mr. Dubin will have it notorized . <br /> The Board signed the letter of approval for Deer Crossing Phase II and <br /> III and gave a copy for the Town Clerk . <br /> Mr. Rowley took the plan of South Cape Resort for review. <br /> The Board directed the secretary to send a letter to the Water Study <br /> Committee to meet with them and Highwood Water Do . <br /> The Board okayed moving the planning board files to Mr. Fudala 's office <br /> as soon as he gets a secretary. <br />
