Gear to be used: Oyster Gro <br /> Door allows for <br /> � . <br /> Changes made by Tom Smith since this last appearance at the Shellfish Commission: <br /> 1.) There will be no dock FLUPSY included in the application. <br /> 2.) All offloading will occur at the Mashpee Town Landing located in Great River. <br /> Nothing will be removed onto Monomoscoy Island. <br /> 3.) Bird deterrents will be used as pictured in the application. Wire or sweeps will <br /> be used if the first application does not work. <br /> 4.) Cameras will be installed from a dock on Monomoscoy Island to protect the <br /> area from theft. <br /> York: "The proposed are is within an ACEC, Do you know about the Environmental <br /> notification forms that are involved in permitting a Shellfish Grant within that area? <br /> Smith: "Yes, I am prepared to fill that out." <br /> Thomas: "the last time you submitted we had a problem trying to identify who the <br /> spokesperson is for the grant. We weren't sure if it was you or your son. So if and when <br /> there is a problem we are only going to contact you? Correct?" <br /> Smith: "Yes,that is correct." <br /> Thomas: "As a reminder to Tom, we do not approve the application. We accept the <br /> application that is presented to us. It is up to the Board of Selectman to approve your <br /> application moving forward to the state level. We are only accepting that the application <br /> is complete and that it meets what is required from a Shellfish Aquaculture License <br /> Application. " <br /> Smith: "I am well aware." <br /> Fisher: "When and if the Board of Selectman approve the Shellfish License Application <br /> I will be adding to the Order of Conditions a probationary period because of the previous <br /> violations that occurred during your last application submittal. The probationary period <br /> will last for one year and will include the following: <br /> 1.) All seed purchase must be submitted to the Shellfish Constable. <br />
