Business Name: Rogers Gray <br /> Project Address: 680 Falmouth Road <br /> Agent: Plymouth Sign Co. <br /> Principal: Mike Caggiano <br /> Proposed: Two (2) signs; roof sign and street sign <br /> Request: Changing existing sign name from Paul Peters <br /> Insurance to Rogers Gray, same size and location, Roof sign <br /> is: 12 sq. ft., Street sign is: 64 x 60 = 26.6 sq. ft. <br /> Peter, with Plymouth Sign represented the applicants for the signage. He <br /> said they plan to just swap out the existing road sigri with the same square <br /> footage; removing the top section and replacing it with two panels the same <br /> size 60 x 64. The colors are the same as well. The building sign will be <br /> replaced with a 2 ft. by 6 ft. sign. The existing sign is 12 in. by 142 in. He <br /> said there will be an increase in the size of the sign because of the preferred <br /> business logo by Rogers Gray; reducing the length, and increasing the <br /> height. They will have the same colors. The material will be plywood. The <br /> design is the same throughout their other locations. <br /> Joe Callahan would like to see the sign remain the same. Peter said he will <br /> clean up the posts and repaint the sign. <br /> Charlie said that there is a prohibition on roof signs, but this particular sign <br /> is pre-existing. He said that these new signs are a little modern and knows <br /> what the committee would like to see. He said the corners look harsh. He <br /> suggested that the boarders could use more color. <br /> James Reiffarth would like to see the sign remain the same look. <br /> . . i <br />
