Minutes of Meeting <br /> Design Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, October 1, 2019 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> The members agreed that the sign edges do not need to be softened. The <br /> sign would have to come down and the bottom brackets be attached to the <br /> fascia. Charlie suggested that a light could be above the sign shining down. <br /> It cannot be internally lit. <br /> Jim asked if the lighting below the roof line was down lighting. Peter said it <br /> lights the sidewalk area. There are solid lights underneath the overhang as <br /> well, Jim said a bracket could be built below that light with an 'U'. Peter said <br /> that the light bracket that supports the Florissant tubes would need'to be <br /> removed. He would need to build a solid bracket on the fascia. <br /> Charlie made a motion to accept the sign being dropped to the fascia, and <br /> bracketed to the fascia and the roof. Joe second. All were in favor. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS: <br /> Approve Tuesday, June 4th, July 16th, and August 6th, 2019 meeting <br /> minutes. <br /> Charlie made a motion to accept the minutes as submitted. Joe second. All <br /> were in favor. <br /> Joe made a motion to adjourn. Jim second.
