While sticker fees are the primary source of revenue, <br /> the Town also receives monies at the gate for disposal/recycling of certain items at the Transfer <br /> ,station as well as monies from sale of recyclables. <br /> Because of the changing markets for recyclables,the revenues have decreased for those which. <br /> the Town does receive payment and tip fees have increased for others. In addition, the tip fee <br /> for disposal of MSW has increased by more than 50 . As a result,without any changes in the <br /> sticker fees, the "tax subsidy" will increase back to approximately 22 in FY21. See attached. <br /> Recommendation <br /> To maintain/increase the level of funding of the Transfer Station by users, I recommend the <br /> fees be set for the Transfer,Station as follows.- <br /> 1st Household sticker $200 <br /> Recycling only sticker $35 <br /> Single grip pass $20 <br /> Bag Fee > 5 . ►-gallon bags) $3 <br />
