is <br /> tZ <br /> SECTION 9: SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br /> 9.1 The following uses may be permitted as designated in Section 6.3, <br /> Table of Use Regulations , provided they meet the following require- !;( <br /> ments in addition to any other requirements . <br /> 9.2 Motels <br /> 9.21 No motel shall be constructed on a lot having less than two hundred <br /> (200) feet frontage, nor less than forty thousand (40,000) square <br /> feet of lot area. <br /> 9.22 On .each lot used for motel purposes there shall be provided front, <br /> rear and side yards each not less than fifty (50) feet in depth. <br /> 9.23 A space not less than twenty (20) feet shall be maintained open III <br /> with grass , bushes , flowers or trees all along each side lot, rear !' <br /> lot and front lot, except for entrance and exit driveways and such 11 <br /> open space shall not be built on, not paved nor used for parking. <br /> 9.24 No space within' the required front yard depth- shall be used for ! <br /> parking except as a temporary nature such as for registering. <br /> 9.25 Each motel site shall be provided with not more than two (2) motor lj f <br /> vehicle driveways for each abutting street which shall intersect the h <br /> abutting street or streets at ninety (90) degrees . <br /> 9.26 Each rental unit shall contain not less than two hundred fifty (250) <br /> square feet of habitable floor area. <br /> 9.27 Height restrictions as set forth in Section 7 may be waved subject <br /> to Board of Appeal for motels containing 100 or more units . <br /> 9.28 Subject to Board of Appeals uses such as but not limited to rest- <br /> aurants , convention facilities , health clubs , retail shops , beauty <br /> and barber shops are permitted within motels containing 100 or <br /> more units . <br /> 9.3 Apartments <br /> r, <br /> 9.31 No building or group of buildings intended for four or more dwelling <br /> units or group of four or more attached dwelling units shall be con- <br /> . <br /> structed except in conformance with the followingstandards: <br /> i <br /> Minimum lot area acres <br /> Minimum.lot frontage 200-feet <br /> Minimum front yard 50 feet <br /> Minimum side yard 50 feet � � <br /> Minimum rear yard 50 feet <br /> Maximum lot coverage 40% (includes parking area but exclusive <br /> of pools, cabanas or other recreation �!�� <br /> buildings or facilities) <br /> Maximum number of <br /> stories 2 <br /> 24- COMMUNITY PLANNING SERVICES <br /> j <br />
