The establishment is located at 12 <br /> Central Square, Mashpee. Premises are described as 919 square feet with one floor, one entrance and two <br /> exists. <br /> In accord with posting procedures,the Hearing notice was read aloud into the record. Michael Morrison <br /> was present remotely to review the specifics of the application with the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Mr. Morrison indicated the intention of the proposal is to augment sales by placing wine and malt <br /> beverages into small gift packages with the oil and vinegars sold at the store. This type of sale augments a <br /> similar store operated by Mr. Morrison in the Town of Franklin. <br /> For clarification purposes Mr. Morrison stated this would not be a full wine and malt store, but a business <br /> to sell oils and the like. The wine and malt is intended to complement the sales of oil and vinegar. <br /> Being no public comment,the Board motioned to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Sherman to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Gottlieb,yes Selectman Cotton,yes Selectman O'Hara,yes <br /> Selectman Sherman,yes Selectman Weeden,yes Opposed, none <br />
