<br /> Pursuant to Chapter,138 of Massachusetts General Laws, the Board of Selectmen, acting as the
<br /> Licensing Authority for the Town of Mashpee, will be holding a *Remote Public Hearing* on
<br /> Monday,, May 18,,2020 at 6:50 P.M, in the Waquoit Meeting Room.. Mashpee Town Hall 16 Great
<br /> Neck Road North, Mashpee, MA.
<br /> The purpose of said public hearing is to review the application of Morrison Marketplace LLC d/b/a
<br /> the Poppy Market, for a New Seasonal Retail Package Store All Alcoholic Beverages License. The
<br /> establishment is located at 259 Shore Drive, Unit 1, Mashpee, MA; premises described as 2,259
<br /> square feet, one floor, two entrances/exits.
<br /> Due to the COVID-19 public health emergency, the Board of Selectmen meetings are held
<br /> remotely until further notice and are thus closed to the physical presence of the public. During
