BF k&i ound Pursuant to Chapter 138 of Massachusetts General Laws,the Board of Selectmen, acting as the Licensing Authority for the Town of Mashpee will hold a public hearing to discuss and review the application of Morrison Marketplace, LL d/b a the Poppy Market, for a New Seasonal Retail Package Store All Alcoholic Beverages License. The establishment is located at 259 Shore Drive, Unit 1, Mashpee, A.; premises described as 2,259 square feet, one floor, two entrances ,and two exits. Morrison Marketplace, LL d/b/a the Poppy Market will be taking over ownership of the licensed premises known as The Country Store, Upon renewing the Seasonal License for PM Market, LLC d/b/a The Country Store it was decided that the best course of action for the new owner was to apply for a new license instead of renewing the current license. PM Market, LL d/b/a The Country Store will be listed as a non-renewal on the LLA. Certification form leaving availability for one Seasonal Retail Package Store All Alcoholic .beverages License.
