<br /> Discussion and Certification of Hijing-Process for
<br /> Charles Carroll Daniel SoffLo_,� _R:
<br /> Correspondence was received from Fire Chief Thomas Cr Rullo dated April 22, 2020 relative to the
<br /> New Hire Certification Process for the Firefighter/Paramedic positions at Step I of the intended pay
<br /> scale.
<br /> Town Manager Rodney C. Collins affirmed that all processes related to the Town's New Hire
<br /> Certification for the entry level selection process-was fulfilled. A-total of 15 candidates were
<br /> interviewed by the panel consisting of the Assistant Town Manager,the Human Resources Director
<br /> and Deputy Fire Chief. It is recommended,the Board certify and confirm the appointments of
<br /> Charles Carrol and Daiiel Saffron on May 11, 2020 as Firefighter/EMT's.
<br /> Motion made by Selectman Sherman to certify the Hiring Process of Firefig hter/Paramedics
<br /> Charles Carroll and Daniel Soffron as presented.
<br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton.
<br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0.

<br /> absence, Vice Chair John J. Cotton to execute and endorse all decisions,permits, approvals,plans,.,
<br /> orders,, 'instruments or other documents, of whatever nature, on behalf of, and as duly authorized
<br /> agent for, the Board of Selectmen.
<br /> Motion made by Selectman Sherman approve the Certificate of Authorization' Vote for
