The Board of Selectmen recommends approval of Article 19 by a vote of 5-0 Tlly 'oM:-This -article authorizes the total expenditures for the revolving funds; $580,000.to Recreation,. $20,.000 to Library, $15,000 to the.Senior Center and, 2,500 to the Historical Commission. These funds are all funded by the revenue which they generate. Submitted by the Department of Public works Explanation: This article authorizes use of funds which will be 100% reimibursed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The budget approved each fiscal year by the Legislature,and Governor establishes the total funding available for Chapter 90 local transportation aid for that year. These funds are then apportioned to the 351 Massachusetts towns and cities. The funding authorized by this article is the maximum anticipated Town's share of the FY21. Chapter 90 program.
