Plan Review-Mr. Lehrer noted that the appliance store located at the former Zachary's <br /> site would be considered by the Zoning Board of Appeals next week. <br /> Environmental Oversight Committee-No update <br /> Greenway Project-No update <br /> Historic District Commission-No meeting <br /> Military Civilian Advisory Council-The Chair stated that there was no meeting, but <br /> confirmed that there was a mediation plan regarding the proposed shooting range, and <br /> technology that would capture lead materials. The Chair, and 3 other members, were awaiting <br /> approval from the Governor <br /> TOWN PLANNER REPORT <br /> Stormwater Task Force Related Zoning Articles Submitted for October 2020 Town <br /> Meeting- Mr. Lehrer inquired whether there were additional Planning Board changes to the <br /> Zoning Articles, noting that he had added Ms. Waygan's suggestions. Mr. Rowley inquired <br /> about the point at which there would be involvement with the Building Inspector and Mr. Lehrer <br /> stated that it was as currently stated in the Bylaw. <br /> MOTION: Ms. Waygan made a motion to set a Public Hearing for these Bylaws on <br /> October 7 at 7:20 p.m. Mr. Balzarini seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> Update to Subdivision Rules and Regulations and Special Permit Regulations-There was <br /> discussion regarding Mr. Rowley's recommended changes to the Subdivision Rules and <br /> Regulations and Special Permit Regulations,regarding mail delivery and Mr. Lehrer suggested <br /> that a Public Hearing would be needed at some point. <br /> MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to set a Public Hearing on October 7 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> Ms. Waygan seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> CORRESPONDENCE <br /> -Falmouth Board of Appeals Notices <br /> -July 2020 Discharge Monitoring Report for South Cape Village-N=3.8 <br /> -June 2020 Discharge Monitoring Report for South Cape Village-N=5.9 <br /> ADDITONAL TOPICS NOT ANTICIPATED BY THE CHAIR <br /> The Chair expressed concern regarding the new development in New Seabury on Great <br /> Oak Road, stating that it was never cleared and trees were growing out of the storm drain. Mr. <br /> Lehrer suggested that something could be sent in writing. <br /> MOTION: Ms. Waygan made a motion to authorize the Consulting Engineer to work with <br /> the Town Planner on that matter. Mr. Callahan seconded the motion. All voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to adjourn.
