65 Article 17. To see if the Town will vote to accept the layout of Ashers Path between Meeting House Road and Route 28 and the proposed disposal area as shown on plan of Ashers Path date January 1961, or take any other action thereon. Action: Article accepted as read. Voted unanimously. Article 18. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $2,175.00 to meet the Town's share of the cost of Chapter 81 Highway and in addition, to transfer from available funds in the treasury the sum of $7,975.00 to meet the State's share of the cost of the work, this amount when reimbursed, to be returned to surplus revenue or take any other action thereon. Action: Article accepted as read. Voted unanimously. Article 19. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $4,500.00 to be expended in con- junction with highway construction under Chapter 90 rep- resenting the Town's share and to transfer from available funds in the treasury the sum of $13,500.00 representing the State and County Share, this amount, when reimbursed to be returned to surplus revenue or take any other action thereon. Action: Article accepted as read. Voted unanimously. Article 20. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $500.00 to be used in conjunction with highway maintenance under Chapter 90 representing the Town's share and to transfer from available funds in the treasury the sum of $1,000.00 representing the State and County share, this amount when reimbursed, to be returned to surplus revenue or take any other action thereon. Action: Article accepted as read. Voted unanimously. Article 21. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $958.00 for the construction of a Town Dump to be located off Asher Path, near Meeting House Road or take any other action thereon.
