66 <br />Article 22. To see if the Town will vote to instruct the <br />Board of Selectmen to have printed 500 pamphlets containing <br />the combined: Town By -Laws, Town Zoning and Board of <br />Health Rules and Regulations; and to appropriate a sum of <br />money necessary to meet cost of printing the same or <br />take any other action thereon. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded that the Selectmen <br />have mimeographed 500 pamphlets containing the combined <br />Town By -Laws, Town Zoning and Board of Health Rules and <br />Regulations and to raise and appropriate $40.00 for this pur- <br />pose. Voted unanimously. <br />Article 23. To see if the Town will vote to raise and <br />appropriate the sum of $650.00 for salaries of its three <br />member Board of Health, to be apportioned as follows: $200.00 <br />to each member and additional $50.00 to Member Agent <br />Inspector, or take any other action thereon. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded that this article be <br />postponed indefinitely. <br />Article 24. To see if the Town will vote to permit the <br />use of pots for the taking of eels in Town ponds having <br />direct openings to the sea under the provisions of Chapter <br />131, Section 41 of the General Laws or to take any other <br />action thereon. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded to see if the Town <br />will vote to permit the use of pots for the taking of eels in <br />Town ponds having direct openings to the sea under the <br />provisions of Chapter 131, Section 41 of the General Laws <br />under regulations to be adopted by the Selectmen. Voted <br />unanimously. <br />Article 25. To see if the Town will vote to raise and <br />appropriate the sum of $250.00 for Fire Chief's expense or <br />take any other action thereon. <br />Action: Article accepted as read. Voted unanimously. <br />Article 26. To see if the Town will vote to raise and <br />appropriate a sufficient sum of money to replace the fire <br />alarm siren or take any other action thereon. <br />
