To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or take from available funds the sum of $3,000.00 for the improvement of Ashers Path Road or take any other action thereon. Action: Motion made to amend to read; to see if the Town will vote to take from available funds the sum of $3,000.00 for the improvement of Ashers Path Road, or take j any other action thereon. Voted unanimously. Article 34. To see if the Town will vote to raise and j appropriate the sum of $800.00 for the purchase of new tires for the Road Grader or take any other action thereon. Action: Motion made and seconded to see if the Town will vote that the sum of $800.00 be transferred from the Road Machinery Fund for new tires for the Road Grader. Voted i unanimously. Article 35. To see if the Town will vote to reappropriate the sum of $613.73 of Chapter 718 funds to be spent in conjunction with improvements to be made on Ashers Patn Road or take any other action thereon. Action: Article accepted as read. Voted unanimously. Article 36. To see if the Town will vote to instruct the Board of Selectmen to petition in behalf of the Town and State Tax Commission for the installation or acceptance of an assessment system in accordance with the provisions of Section 7A through 7D of Chapter 58 of the General Laws, or take any other action in relation thereto.
