11 Article 27. To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap- propriate or take from available funds, the sum of $5,000.00 for the pro -rated share of costs of town revaluation, or take any other action thereon. Recommended to raise and appropriate. Article 28. To see if the Town will vote as authorized in Chapter 40 Section 21, Clause 11 of the General Laws that any equipment to be disposed of by various offices or departments of the Town shall first be offered to any other office or depart- ment of the Town who may require it, or take any other action thereon. Recommended as read. Article 29. To see if the Town will vote to rescind so much of the action taken on Article 41 of the 1963 Annual Town Meeting Warrant as established the so-called Walter R. Mingo 35 acre lot as a Town Forest; and to appropriate said Walter R. Mingo lot for school site purposes, or take any other action thereon Recommended. Article 30. To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap- propriate or take from available funds the sum of $500.00 to purchase 50 steel folding chairs for Town Hall. Recommended to raise and appropriate. Article 31. To see if the Town will vote to take by eminent domain Lot 48 at Monomoscoy for a town landing, or take any other action thereon. Recommended. Article 32. To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap- propriate or take from available funds in the treasury the sum of $500.00 to purchase furniture and office equipment for the Selectmen's Department. Recommended to raise and appropriate. Article 33. To see if the Town will vote to have Town labor, so called, defined as follows: Clerical help, $1.75 per hour; Town labor, $1.75 per hour. Recommended.
