12 Article 34. To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap. propriate, or take from available funds in the Treasury, $250.00 to install and maintain two (2) flood lights at the Mill Pond or take any other action thereon. Cape & Vineyard Electric Company Pole #M242. (Submitted by Park Dept.) More information requested. The Park Dept. did not meet with the Finance Committee. Article 35. To see if the Town will vote to combine the Park and Recreation Committees consisting of five (5) mem. i hers — one to serve one year, two to serve two years, and two to serve three years; all subsequent annual elections for a term of three years. Recommended. Article 36. To see if the Town will vote to employ one full-time man on the Highway Department and fix his salary at $4,500.00; and to raise and appropriate the sum of $4,500.00 or take any other action thereon. Recommended as read. Article 37. To see if the Town will vote to amend Chap- ter 2, Section 1, of Article_ VI of the 1960 Town By -Laws and substitute therefor the following: "The. Finance Comittee shall consist of seven(7) voters of the Town of whom two (2) shall be elected for one year; two (2) for two years, and three (3) for three years. All subsequent annual elections shall be for a term of three years." Recommended as read. Article 38. To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap- propriate the sum of $73.80 for an office chair for the Police Department. Recommended as read. Article 39. To see if the Town will vote to dismiss the present Library Building Needs Committee, with appreciation, and instruct the Selectmen to appoint a, Library Building Committee of five members by April 1, 1965. Recommended—With thanks to a very good job done by the Library Building Needs Committee.
