13, Article 40. To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap- propriate the sum of $21,000.00 to be used in conjunction with the Library Building Fund to construct a library building; and for originally equipping and furnishing said building upon the Collins lot, so,called, owned by the Town; $2,000.00 of said appropriation to be raised and appropriated in the current 1965 tax levy; $19,000.00 to be borrowed and payable over a period of twenty years under Chapter 44, Section 7, Clause 3 of the General Laws; and to authorize the Library Building Committee appointed in Article #39 of the Town Meeting held March 1, 1965 to enter into all contracts and agreements necessary to construct, equip, and furnish said library build- ing, or, take any other action thereon. Recommended to be accepted as read. Article 41. To see if the Town will vote to accept River- side Road on Seconset Island as a Town public way as shown on a plan of Riverside Road, Seconset Island, as laid out by the Selectmen January 1965 -scale one inch equals 40 feet. Charles W. Savery, Inc., Registered Engineer -Surveyors, Cotuit; and raise and appropriate the sum of $200.00, or take any other action thereon. Recommended to be accepted as read. Article 42. To see if the Town will vote to accept Bay View Road on Seconset Island as a Town public way as shown on a plan of Bay View Road, Seconset Island, as laid out by the Selectmen January 1965 scale one inch equals 40 feet; Charles W. Savery, Inc., Registered Engineer -Surveyors, Inc., Cotuit; and raise and appropriate the sum of $500.00, or take any other action thereon. Recommended to be accepted as read. Article 43. To see what the concensus of this Town Meeting is in regard to the filing of a bill in the Legislature to abolish or retain the Mashpee Advisory Commission.
