28
referrals to the Crippled Childrens Clinic. These services are
sponsored by the County Health Department. Miss Mary
Susich, chairman, still continues to advise and help us in our
efforts toward better community health.
There were 3 cases of Mumps, 4 cases of Chicken Pox,
1 of Scarlet Fever and 45 of Rubella reported to me in the
course of the year.
The usual opportunities for health education of young
people, through films and talks were used with special em-
phasis on problems of adolescence.
As always I am glad to be of assistance anytime and am
here in town every Tuesday and Thursday. Please feel wel-
come to call, since it is only through mutual cooperation that
we can improve our community health.
Respectfully submitted,
CAROL S. McLANE, R.N.
Public Health Nurse
r
