63 <br />Two year term: <br />Clara Dickson (unanimous vote) <br />Evelyn Beal (unanimous vote) <br />Three year term: <br />Amelia C. Studley (41 for, 30 opposed) <br />William Tanneyhill (43 for, 14 opposed) <br />Article 3. To see if the Town will vote to accept the <br />Town Officers' Reports or take any other action thereon. <br />Action: Motion nade and seconded to vote on action of <br />the Town Officers' Reports at the next special or annual <br />Town meeting. Voted unanimously. <br />Article 4. To see if the Town will hear and act upon <br />the reports of any Committees for any purpose the Town <br />may deem advisable. <br />Action: The Library situation was discussed, and the <br />same committee members were voted unanimously to serve <br />for the ensuing year. <br />Article 5. To see if the Town will vote to authorize <br />the Town Treasurer, with the approval of the Selectmen, <br />to borrow money from time to time in anticipation of revenue <br />of the financial year beginning on January 1, 1964 and to <br />issue a note or notes therefor payable in one year and to <br />renew such notes that may be given for a period of one <br />Year or less in accordance with Section 17, Chapter 44 of <br />the General Laws. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as <br />read. Voted unanimously. <br />Article 6. To see if the Town will vote to authorize <br />the Town Treasurer with the approval of the Selectmen, to <br />extend for a period or periods not exceeding in the aggregate <br />six months beyond the maximum term provided by law, any <br />debt or debts incurred under this vote, or take any other <br />action thereon. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as <br />read. Voted unanimously. <br />
