71 Article 23. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $2,500.00 to be expended for the pur- chase of a new police cruiser; the present cruiser to be traded in and equipment to be transferred from the present cruiser, or take any other action thereon. Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as read. Voted unanimously. Article 24. To see if the Town will vote to raise or appropriate a sum of $650.00 as salaries of the Board of Health, each member receiving $200.00 and the Inspecting Agent receiving an additional $50.00 or take any other action thereon. Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article and to raise and appropriate. Voted unanimously. Article 25. To see if the Town will vote to raise or appropriate $1,250.00 as the first payment of two payments for equipment to re-establish an efficient dental clinic at the Samuel G. Davis School, or take any other action thereon. Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as read. Voted unanimously. Mr. Frank E. Hicks was given permission to read a resolu- tion commending Mrs. Emma O. Mills, retired Tax Collector and Treasurer for 30 years of service and Mrs. Amanda S. Hicks, School Committee Member for 28 years service, and Elwood O. Mills, 4 years Selectman, 3 years as Town Clerk. Appreciation was expressed for work well done. A motion was made and seconded that the resolution be accepted and adopted into this Town meeting records. Voted unanimously. Article 26. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $125.00 for a small office desk and chair for the Planning Board, or take any other action there- on. Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as read. Voted unanimously.
