Brooke <br />Attorney General <br />State House, Boston, Mass. <br />Dear Mr. Brooke: <br />On March 2nd and 3rd 1964, the Annual Town Meeting <br />was held in the Mashpee Town Hall with a quorum present. <br />The following article was acted upon as follows: <br />Article 41. To see if the Town will vote to amend Chap- <br />ter III, Article 2, of the Town Zoning By -Laws, by amending <br />the map entitled "Zoning Map, Town of Mashpee, Mashpee, <br />Mass.," dated November 3, 1959, and filed with the Town <br />Clerk, by creating a business zone on both sides of Old Barn- <br />stable Road, starting at Jane Amos Road, running westerly <br />for one thousand (1000) feet in length and one thousand <br />(1000) feet in depth or take any other action thereon. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as <br />read.
