To see if the Town will vote to accept Great <br />Oak Road as a public way, as laid out by selectmen over land <br />of Popponesset Corporation in accordance with plans drawn <br />by George E. Haynes, C. E. dated January 16, 1964, entitled <br />"Subdivision of Plan of land in Mashpee, Mass.," in 5 sheets <br />on file in office of the Town Clerk and in the office of the En- <br />gineers of the Land Court; and to discontinue all ways or <br />portions of ways, public or private within the land of Pop- <br />ponesset Corporation shown on the plans and not included <br />within the boundaries of the ways shown on the plans. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded to amend article to <br />read: <br />To see if the Town will vote to accept Great Oak Road <br />as a public way, as laid out by Selectmen over land of Pop- <br />ponesset Corporation in accordance with plans drawn by <br />George E. Hayes, C.E. dated January 16, 1964, entitled <br />"Subdivision of Plan of Land in Mashpee, Mass.," in 5 <br />sheets on file in office of the Town Clerk and in the office <br />of the Engineers of the Land Court: and to discontinue <br />that section of road taken by the Town in Article 19 of <br />the Annual Town Meeting of March 4, 1963, from Great <br />Oak Road to Town Beach parcel that was rescinded by <br />action of Town Meeting of March 2, 1964 and Article 38 of <br />the warrant. <br />Accepted as amended.
