82 <br />Article 3. To see if the Town will vote to accept a plan <br />for the erection of a Public Library for the Town of Mashpee <br />as submitted by the Mashpee Library Building Committee, <br />accordingly to a plan by Ernest A. Sterling, A.I.A., Architect, <br />dated December 15, 1962, or take any other action thereon. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as <br />read. A unanimous vote. <br />Article 4. To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap- <br />propriate or take from available funds the sum of $370.00 <br />to purchase a resuscitator for the Police Department or take <br />any other action thereon. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded to amend article <br />as follows: <br />To see if the Town will vote to take from available <br />funds the sum of $370.00 to purchase a resuscitator for the <br />Police Department: or take any other action thereon. <br />A unanimous vote. <br />Article 5. To see if the Town will vote to rescind the <br />portion of the vote taken on Article 23 of the 1964 Annual <br />Town Meeting Warrant, which provided for the turn -in of <br />the then present cruiser; and to appropriate from available <br />funds the sum of $1,000.00 to equip the new cruiser voted at <br />the Annual Town Meeting; or take any other action thereon. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as <br />amended to read: <br />To see if the Town will vote to rescind the portion of <br />the vote taken on Article 23 of the 1964 Annual Town Meet- <br />ing Warrant, which provided for the turn -in of the then <br />present cruiser; and to appropriate from available funds the <br />sum of $1,000.00 toward purchase of and equipment for the <br />new cruiser voted on at the 1964 Annual Town Meeting. <br />A unanimous vote. <br />Article 6. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate <br />$4,500.00 for the purchase of a conveyor -type portable screen- <br />ing plant for the Highway Department; $500.00 to be <br />borrowed over a period of four (4) years under General Laws <br />
