21
Report of the Planning Board
To the Honorable Board of Selectmen
and Citizens of the Town of Mashpee:
The Planning Board has kept the same pace in 1966 as it
had in the past year. We are now meeting twice a month on
Thursday nights.
The Board approved 12 subdivisions in 1966, the majority
of them being in New Seabury, and the others spread in dif-
ferent areas of the Town.
There has been a little change in the Board's procedures
in 1966, due to the changes in the By -Laws that were passed
last year. These have proved to be of great help to the Board,
along with having a Town Engineer.
We regretfully say that the handbooks containing the
Zoning By -Laws and the rules and regulations governing the
subdivision of land in the Town of Mashpee are not out as
yet, but we expect them to be in the very near future.
Respectfully submitted,,
RICHARDSON H. JONAS
MINOR C. PEDERSON
ROBERT R. McNUTT
HARRY TABB
OTTO DORRER
