71 <br />Action: Motion made and seconded to amend article <br />under Section (1) thusly: All Town Reports from each de- <br />partment elected or appointed officials shall be delivered to <br />the Selectmen or Town Clerk on or before the third Monday <br />of January in each year. Voted 107 for, none opposed. <br />Article 24. To see if the Town will vote to amend the <br />Zoning By -Laws and so record on the Zoning map by chang- <br />ing from a Residential R150 District to a Marine Area Dis- <br />trict that parcel of line described below: <br />Westerly by Great Neck Road; Northerly by land of <br />Savage and Sprague; Easterly by Westerly land of <br />Town of Mashpee and Fields Point Manufacturing <br />Corporation; Southerly by land of Fields Point <br />Manufacturing Corporation. The above parcel <br />being known as "Punk Horn Bog", and being more <br />particularly described in a certain deed from John <br />Foxcroft Carleton dated June 25, 1962, recorded in <br />Barnstable County Deeds, Book 1192, Page 249; or <br />take any other action thereon. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as <br />read. Voted 89 for, two opposed. <br />Article 25. To see if the Town will grant an easement <br />to widen the brook (or creek) across Town owned marsh, <br />listed as Schneider property in Plan Book 172, Page 59, to <br />fifty (50) feet in width and 175 feet length, from former <br />Carleton property to Ockway Bay, or take any other action <br />thereon. <br />Submitted by John Warner. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as <br />read. Voted 34 for, 57 opposed. <br />Article 26. To see if the Town will vote to raise and <br />appropriate or take from available funds in the Treasury <br />the sum of $500.00 for the installation of streets lights at the <br />following locations: <br />
