95 <br />Rusty's Inc., for Town Hall heating boiler repairs, or take any <br />other action thereon. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as <br />read. 67 yes, none opposed. <br />Article 4. To see if the Town will vote to accept the <br />provisions of Section 4-A of Chapter 41 ,which provides for <br />the Board of Selectmen to appoint one of its own members <br />to act as Gas Inspector until his successor is qualified. Said <br />appointment is subject to the appropriation as set by the <br />Annual Town Meeting of March 7, 1966. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded that article be ac- <br />cepted as read. A unanimous vote. <br />Article 5. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the <br />Park and Recreation Commission, and the Cemetery Com- <br />mission, to employ one or more members of each such com- <br />mission at an hourly wage of $1.75, as authorized by Section <br />4-A, Chapter 41, of the General Laws, of Massachusetts. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as <br />read. A unanimous vote. <br />Article 6. To see if the Town will vote to have the Mod- <br />erator appoint a Board of Registrars, other than the Board <br />of Selectmen, consisting of three members, each from a dif- <br />ferent section of the Town, to work in conjunction with the <br />Town Clerk, or take any other action thereon. <br />Article 6. Amended to read: <br />To see if the Town will vote to have the Selectmen ap- <br />point a Board of Registrars consisting of 4 members, one of <br />Which shall be the Town Clerk under the provision of Chap- <br />ter 31, Section 15, of the General Laws. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded that amended arti- <br />cle be accepted as read. A unanimous vote. <br />Article 7. To see if the Town will vote to amend Chap- <br />ter 2, Section 1, of Article VI of the 1960 By -Laws and sub- <br />stitute therefor the following: <br />
