99 <br /> Article 34. To see if the Town will vote to have the <br /> Selectmen appoint :a committee consisting of four members <br /> and a chairman (total of 5) -to be known as the Mashpee <br /> Municipal Building Needs Committee, and appropriate $250.00 <br /> from available funds as their expense account, or take any <br /> other action thereon. <br /> Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as <br /> read. Voted unanimously. <br /> Article 35. To see if the Town will vote to raise and <br /> appropriate the sum of $8,500.00 from the current year tax <br /> levy, this iamount being the final installment of a three year <br /> contract for a total cost of $25,500.00 as voted in Article 2, <br /> Special Town Meeting held May 23, 1966 or take any other <br /> action thereon. <br /> Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as <br /> read. Voted unanimously. <br /> Article 36. To see if the 'Down will vote to have the <br /> Part-time hourly labor rates, so-called, defined as follows: <br /> clerical help—$1.60 minimum to $1.75 maximum per hour; <br /> labor—$1.60 minimum to $2.00 maximum per hour. Each <br /> department head will have the responsibility to set the hour- <br /> ly rate for each employee within the above limits for his <br /> or her department, subject to approval by the Board of <br /> Selectmen. <br /> Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as <br /> read. Voted unanimously. <br /> Article 37. To see if the Town will vote to raise and <br /> appropriate the sum of $300.00 for expenses incurred by the <br /> Board of Registrars in conducting a listing of residents of <br /> the Town, or take any other action thereon. <br /> Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as <br /> read. Voted unanimously. <br /> Article 38. To see if the Town will vote to raise and <br /> appropriate, or take from available funds,the sum of $400.00 <br /> to establish the salaries of the Board of Registrars at $100.00 <br /> e0tCh, annually and retroactive to January 1, 1968 or take <br /> any other action thereon. <br /> Action: Motion made and seconded to raise and appro- <br /> priate such sums.
