1 98 Article 29. To see if the Town will vote to create a special unpaid committee to be known as a Regional School . District Planning Committee, to consist of three members, including one member of the school committee, to be ap- pointed by the moderator in accordance with the provisions of Section 14 of Chapter 71 of the General Laws ias amended; and that there be raised 'and appropriated for the use of 4 said committee the sum of $250.00. Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as read. Voted unanimously. Article 30. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, or take from available funds, the sum of $165.00, this sum to be expended to the Cape Cod Mental Health Association for services rendered or to be rendered to citi- zens of the Town by the Mental Health Center at Pocasset under the direction of the School Committee under the pro- visions of Chapter 40, Section 5, or take any other action thereon. Action: Motion made and seconded to postpone indefi- nitely. Voted unanimously. Article 31. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or take from available funds in the treasury the sum of $300.00 for the support of School and State Aided Vocational Education, or take any other action thereon. Action: Motion made and seconded to postpone article indefinitely. Voted unanimously. Article 32. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds, the sum of $500.00 as -the Town's contribution to the Otis Memorial or take any other action thereon. Action: Motion made and seconded to raise and appro- priate such sum. Voted unanimously. Article 33. To see if the Town will vote to raise and 'f appropriate ,the sum of $600.00 to panel four walls in the basement of 'the Mashpee Public Library or take any other action thereon.
